Last Year and This Year!!

  I found a picture of me from this time last year. We were up getting Christmas trees. I was having a hard time seeing a  difference in my face until I saw this picture. My chubby cheeks are going down. I am just so happy to be weighing less and feeling better about myself. I am excited to take family pictures this year where last year we didn't do it. I just can't believe how different I feel after just 67lbs. I can not wait to lose the next 105lbs. It is going to be a long journey. But, a journey well worth taking. I read a quote this last week that I thought was great..... "You can not conquer what you do not confront." I am so glad to be conquering my weight and also making my family healthier while doing it. I always thought we ate healthy until I had to change my diet. Now I see there were times we ate to much junk or one to many times out. It is nice to be getting us all on track.
