Progress Update

  I figured since my last progress pictures were 20 days ago I would update everyone now. I am down 70lbs to 282lbs. I am so proud of myself. My whole life has changed with this Lap Band. I feel great about myself. I eat better. My family sees a change in me. It is just wonderful to feel comfy in my own skin again. I mean even at Thanksgiving I showed restraint and didn't eat more then I should have. I look at food in a whole new way. I just love everything about myself and my life now.
