Got this FINALLY figured out!!

   Well, I finally have this eating thing figured out. I can NOT listen to my large stomach or mind hunger. I have to literally listen to my small pouch. I have to feel when I am physically hungry. It truly is weird getting use to this. Learning new things about my body and learning how to listen to my body. Learning to decipher between mind hunger and physical hunger. Like yesterday I had just had my 2 bites of pasta salad and felt full. New that that was all that I could get down without getting sick. But, yet for the next hour after eating my stomach growled. I then had some sweet tea and my stomach STILL growled. It is just weird to learn all these new things about my body.
   I haven't stepped on the scale yet. Now since my fill. I wanna give it 2 weeks to see how this fill differs from my other one. Plus with trying to learn how to eat it has totally slipped my mind. So next Friday I will weigh in.
    I thought this time around I would write down my daily routine for atleast one day to show you all. I thought maybe it will help you or you can help me and give me more food choices.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries and honey (about 1/4 cup)

Snack: Protein shake OR drinkable yogurt (1 cup)

Lunch: Chicken pasta salad (1/8 cup)

Snack: Sweet tea or chocolate milk (1 cup)

Dinner: Deviled egg salad  ( 1/8 cup)

My calorie intake this past week has been between 300-450 calories. This is another strange thing to get use to. So little calories. Before the surgery I only ate between 1200-1500 calories, which is already a small amount. And, now I eat less in 1 day then most people eat in one meal. I also try to drink 8 to 10 8oz glasses of water a day. And, I  take a daily multi vitamin and chew tums a day per doctors orders to help my calcium and vitamin intake.
