So I made porcupine meatballs for dinner tonight. 2 meatballs plus 2 tsp of gravy makes a serving sizes. They are delicious and filling. I am going to put the recipe below.
For this you will need:
1 lb ground hamburger
1 packet McCormick chicken gravy
1 c HOT water
1/4 c rice
1 cup water
Worsteshire sauce
Ketchup
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Steak seasoning

Thaw out hamburger, toss in a squirt of ketchup, 3 shakes of worsteshire sauce, season with salt, pepper, steak seasoning, garlic and onion powders. Cook rice in 1 cup water until almost done drain of excess water and toss the rice in with the meat. Mix meat mixture all together and make 15 meatballs. In a large casserole dish mix gravy packet and 1 cup hot water together and place meatballs in the casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes. Take meatballs out of gravy and whisk gravy. Serve and enjoy.
