65 calories and 16 protein

   Well for brunch I made a chef salad. It was delicious. I have been on a HUGE salad kick lately if you can not tell. But, I always find a way to toss in some protein some where. Mainly in the form of cheese, meats or eggs.
   In this salad I included:
* 1/4 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
* 2 tblsp shredded cheddar cheese
* 2 tblsp bacon bits
* 1 slice honey cured turkey breast
* 2 tblsp ranch

This is a great salad. I also like to add in chopped hard boiled eggs at times.
