So here is my dinner.... but I have an idea

   So I am going to give you my dinner info and recipe. BUT, I have a request from the people that read this blog. I want you to give you me your favorite food recipes....the bad ones. And, I am going to turn them into healthy lap band friendly recipes. I was inspired by my coach Tamika who made protein pound cake. So I want to rejuvenate a few "bad" recipes and turn them into good ones.

   Ok, now onto dinner. 540 calories and 138 protein for the day. Highest protein to date. I made the family cheesey broccoli and chicken tater tot casserole. BUT, I had boneless bbq rib salad which was 155 calories and 45 protein and I am stuffed to my gills :)
