100 calories and 27 protein
I made chicken teriyaki yakisoba for dinner. Just teriyaki marinated chicken baked, cabbage both raw and sauteed and egg noodles.
I had 1/4 cup of the noodle sauteed cabbage mix, 1 tblsp raw cabbage and 2 slices of baked chicken
