24 hours is up...

So yesterday I had my fill and was told only clear liquids for 24-48 hours because of possible swelling. Well I hit my 24 hour mark and decided to have a glass of chocolate milk to see how that would feel. Guess what....it was great!! No issues and I didn't feel any different. So I gave it another hour to see how my body would feel after the milk before I decided to eat any real food. While waiting my hour I decided to step on the scale and guess what...........I lost more weight. I went from 290 to 287 that is a 3 lbs weight loss. WOOT WOOT!! I am so proud and excited for myself. Well anyways... At 12pm I decided to try I few bites of lasagna. It went down great, no issues and after just 4 bites I felt full and satisfied. Now the weird part to all of this is the fact that though I felt full and satisfied my stomach is still growling. It is a crazy feeling and so weird to deal with. But, it is something to get used to. It is weird to think that this is my norm now. Actually being able to lose weight is AMAZING. After nearly 4 years of trying and trying and trying the weight is finally coming off. My surgeon has released me to do a light work out now but still no lifting more then 15lbs. He is still concerned about the swelling and said that in another month it should go down and I should be fully healed. At that time I will be released to actually work out and be able to lift again. Which makes me really happy because I do NOT want to end up extra flabby. All I can think is TONE TONE TONE!! Well I am off to do some baking and cleaning. I won't be eating any of the bake goods but hey atleast I can smell them and watch my family enjoy them!!
