Well the holidays are officially over. And, though I have changed my way of eating totally and have gone to healthier alternatives it is time to kick up the work out routine. It is hard sticking to the same one every single day much like the 30 day shred. SO..... I have made my own routine. I work everything from legs, thigh, gluts, abs, core, chest and even neck.... my problem though is my arms. I am very worried that I am going to end up with the old lady "angel wings". So I have decided that with my Christmas wardrobe money I am going to spoil myself with some kettle bells and a shake weight. I have heard great things about both of the work out assistance. Along with the shake weight and kettle bells I have downloaded a TON of new music on my new MP3 touch screen player. All up beat fast, get your booty moving songs. I downloaded all of the Step Up soundtracks and the Save the last dance. Especially You can do it by Ice Cube. So even though the New Year hasn't started my resolution is to work out at least 4 days a week. Either walking, steps, 20 minutes of something. I hope to be running at least a mile a day by next year. Wish me luck everyone
