Today is the day!

   It has been 4 days since I had my fill. I weighed in today at 243lbs. A total loss of 109lbs. I am weary of eating today. Seems the longer I go with out eating the scarier the thought of eating gets. I am worried that things will get stuck or I will get sick. I know this is a dumb fear but still scary. I need to just "Nut up or Shut up" as Talahassie would say from Zombieland.
  

   So my 1st meal will be an omlette with cheddar and cream cheese. Maybe even a piece of bacon. Wish me luck!! Oh also here is my latest side picture.
