Progress

   I decided I needed to put up progress pictures. I have not done that in a while. I have been busting hump with the work outs for the 5K and getting in shape. With June slowly approaching I really want to amp up the work outs. I wanna shock all my family back home. We will be visiting them in June so gotta step up the routine.

   I am down 153lbs. I can stand in one leg of my old "tight" jeans. Hope you are all doing well. Keep up your great work!!
