230 calories and 10 protein!

  So tonight I cooked my husband and daughter some yummy beer batter fish sticks and finger steaks. BUT,  I am not hungry tonight and SOOOO not in the mood for yogurt or what not. So even though it is not the healthiest I chose Apple Blasts for dinner. I ate one cup which is 120 calories and 2 protein. Along with 1 cup of my 1.5% organic milk which is 110 calories and 8 protein. So final tally for dinner was 230 calories and 10 protein.
