Well tonight dinner turned out wonderfully. I rubbed the chicken down on a night prep and froze it. I thawed it today and hubby grilled it up. Boneless/skinless by the way is the only chicken I eat. Also it is organic from the butcher shop here. I try to eat the healthiest and cleanest that I can. 1 oz is 27 calories and 35 protein
Then I made ceasar salad tossed with bacon bits. It has shredded parm cheese as well. Gotta load your protein up where you can. 1/4 cup is 34 calories and 1 protein.
Finally we grilled up the corn on the cob. Which was sweet, it was like a dessert no joke LOL! Anyways for a 1/3 piece of corn on the cob is 51 calories and 2 protein.
